The Transform program is for clients looking to radically overhaul your health and transform your life through individualized diet, lifestyle, and fitness programming and support.
Details:
(1) 45-minute initial consultation and protocol review
(Ongoing) 30-minute bi-weekly sessions, which will cover individualized guidance, strategies, and resources to reach your health goals
(Ongoing) Coaching check-ins between sessions via text
24/7 messaging support and (optional) tracking systems to help visualize progress
Personalized fitness program (cardio/run + strength), including ongoing adjustments to modify volume and intensity as needed
Minimum 3-month commitment, $500 per month (paid monthly); cancel any time after 3 months (30-day cancellation notice required)
