    As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Integrative Health Coach, I offer three different health and nutrition coaching programs, each of which include individualized diet and lifestyle protocols, supporting resources, optional daily tracking systems, as well as a variety of educational topics covered over the course of the program.   • Run & Strength Coaching

    As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and RRCA-Certified Run Coach, I offer virtual 1:1 fitness coaching. All of my fitness coaching programs are tailored to meet the individual needs/preferences of my clients, including highly personalized training plans, hydration and nutrition guidance, mental tips for training and racing, and recovery recommendations.
