Run & Strength Coaching
The Run & Strength program is ideal for clients looking to train for running fitness specifically (whether that be speed or distance), while also incorporating moderate strength training. This program is suitable for all levels and includes:
$250 per month (minimum 3-month commitment)
(1) 25-minute initial kick-off session to discuss goals and current training status
(1) written individualized run and strength training plan based on current fitness level and goals
(Ongoing) 25-minute bi-weekly sessions to review progress and discuss any questions live during training cycle
(Ongoing) Coaching check-ins between sessions via text
24/7 messaging support and tracking systems through Training Peaks
Hydration and nutrition guidance
Mental tips for training and racing, including race day strategy
Recovery recommendations
Minimum 3-month commitment, paid monthly
