Beginner Fitness Coaching
The Beginner Fitness program is ideal for clients who are new to exercise and want to develop a sustainable fitness routine, incorporating both strength training and cardio. This program includes:
$175 per month (3-month program); option to renew at discounted rate for other fitness programs, following completion of this program
(1) 25-minute initial kick-off session to discuss goals and current fitness
(1) written individualized weekly training plan based on current fitness level and goals
(Ongoing) 25-minute bi-weekly sessions to review progress, make any needed program adjustments, and discuss questions live
Coaching check-ins between sessions via text
24/7 messaging support and tracking systems through Training Peaks
Hydration and nutrition guidance
Mental strategies and tips for staying consistent
Recovery recommendations
3-month program, paid monthly
